Juiceworks grape juice concentrate is now available for your export wine, which satisfies EU legislation. Juiceworks grape juice concentrate is made from New Zealand grape juice. We supply industrial GJC stored at -18 deg C to your winery.
We are happy to say that our stocks have finally been replenished, and we are able to supply any of your requirements in both 20-litre pails and 200-litre drums.
Juiceworks continues to secure grape supply for vintage 2026 by securing a supply that involves a proportion of New Zealand’s grape production (preferably North Island) being put aside for a sugar-farming operation, or a vineyard that is not required for an in-demand varietal of wine. For details please email Jonothan Tommy or Guy Rutledge
This GJC is clarified to Juiceworks specifications and then concentrated through an evaporation process to produce liquid concentrated grape sugar at 68º brix. Primarily Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes are used for this product, and as of April 2025 we now have plentiful stock in our depots in Blenheim and Hawkes Bay.
